Modern Family Garden & Home Upgrade
Our client approached us with a clear vision: to transform their new-build garden into a modern, family-friendly outdoor space that would be both stylish and low maintenance. Given the typical drainage challenges associated with contemporary garden designs, we recommended and installed a comprehensive land drainage system to ensure long-term usability and protection.
Located in Codicote, this garden transformation focused on creating a functional and visually appealing environment for family life.
The result is a beautifully modern, low-maintenance garden and upgraded home exterior that meets the client’s needs for family living, privacy, and style. Every element was carefully considered and executed to the highest standards.
Adaptive Design Meets Functionality: Office Refurbishment Success
Our client approached us with a vision to transform a large, dated L-shaped office space into a modern, flexible working environment that could support their growing and diverse team. The goal was to create a dynamic layout that balanced privacy, collaboration, and adaptability.
We carried out a full internal reconfiguration of the space, introducing glass-fronted office pods that offer semi-private workspaces while maintaining an open and connected feel.
Larger self-contained offices were built to accommodate larger teams and group working.
A stylish kitchenette and break out area was installed to support staff wellbeing and encourage informal interaction.
To enhance versatility, we constructed two separate meeting rooms with a high-spec acoustic folding wall, allowing the space to be opened up into a larger conference area when needed.
The result is a contemporary, adaptable office space that reflects the client’s brand and supports their operational needs. The combination of glass partitions, flexible meeting areas, and thoughtful layout planning has created a vibrant workplace that fosters productivity and collaboration.
Smart Expansion: Enhancing Accessibility and Sustainability
We were commissioned to extend an existing car park in Biggleswade to better serve the needs of a growing site and its users. The project focused on increasing capacity while improving accessibility and embracing sustainable infrastructure.
The extension included the addition of dedicated disabled parking bays, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and providing inclusive access for all visitors. To support the shift toward greener transport, we also installed multiple electric vehicle charging pods, helping future-proof the site and encourage eco-friendly commuting.
This practical yet forward-thinking upgrade has significantly improved the functionality of the car park, aligning with modern standards and the client’s commitment to sustainability and inclusivity.
